What Currency is used online? 

You are currently on our international website, shipping worldwide. All prices are in IDR, unless selected otherwise.

Will I have to pay for Customs & Duties? 

Countries will vary with laws regarding import taxes and duties. Please note that any related import duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your Returns Policy? 

We apologize that we strictly do not allow any exchanges or returns. We implement quality control check’s before dispatching your parcel. We also highly recommend you to check all sizing and product details provided.

We only offer refunds for damaged or faulty items with factory defect or production faults. These must be reported to sales@shopindigokids.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Do you offer a welcome discount? 

Indigo Kids offers a welcome 20% off code when you sign up to our newsletter.

How long will it take to send my order?

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days sent directly from our head office in Bali, Indonesia. We notify all customers via email once orders have been processed with shipping tracking number. 

How long will it take to receive my order in Indonesia? 

We ship orders domestically with JNE Regular, costs are calculated at check out automatically according to shipping location. JNE estimates shipping between 1-3 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order Internationally? 

We ship orders internationally with DHL Express or EMS, with a flat rate of IDR 200,000 or AUD 20 per order.

DHL estimates shipping between 2-7 business days, dependent on location.

Please note that DHL requires a signature on delivery, and complete customer contact details including phone number and email address. DHL cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please visit the DHL website for more information regarding their terms and conditions.
