A flat fee of AUD $8 is charged for all Indonesia wide destinations.
Domestic shipping within Indonesia takes between 1-3 business days and can be tracked with a tracking number

Standard Shipping is calculated on a per country basis and will be automatically added to your cart during checkout.
International shipping worldwide generally takes between 2-5 business days

DHL shipping may incur higher customs / duty taxes depending on your country. For information on Custom / Duty taxes please speak to your local customs office
Signature required on delivery. If you are not at home to receive, DHL will contact you to arrange another delivery time. You will need identification to collect

DHL requires a phone number and email address for delivery and cannot deliver to a PO Box

We offer free express shipping worldwide for any orders above AUD 150.

Your tracking number will be provided via email once items has been dispatched. Our friendly customer service team are available to assist if there are any issues regarding your tracking number.
We are not responsible for any lost/missing parcel resulting from incomplete shipping address being supplied. Please make sure that your shipping details are filled in correctly and completely.


We apologise that we strictly do not allow any exchanges or returns. We implement quality control check’s before dispatching your parcel. We also highly recommend you to check all sizing and product details provided.

We only offer refunds for damaged or faulty items with factory defect or production faults. These must be reported to within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
